Is Run4Me free to use?
Downloading the app is free. You only pay for the services you request — the cost of the errand plus a small service fee. All pricing is shared with you in chat before you confirm.
How do I pay?
We send you a secure payment link directly in the chat. You can pay via mobile money, bank transfer, or card. No cash needed.
Where is Run4Me available?
We're currently serving select cities and expanding fast. Open the app or web dashboard to check if we're active in your area.
How long does delivery take?
Most deliveries are completed within 30–90 minutes depending on the errand type and distance. You'll get real-time updates throughout.
Is there an iOS app?
We don't have a native iOS app yet, but you can use our web app as a Progressive Web App (PWA). Open philip.run4me.net in Safari, tap Share, and select 'Add to Home Screen'.
