Run4Me provides errand, delivery, order coordination, chat, payment, and operations tools for customers and authorized Run4Me staff. References to "Run4Me", "we", "our", or "us" in this policy mean the developer and operator of the Run4Me apps and services.

2. Apps Covered By This Policy
This policy applies to:
- Run4Me customer Android app.
- Run4Me admin Android app.
- Run4Me web app, admin portal, and website.
3. Information We Collect
The information we collect depends on how you use Run4Me. It may include:
- Account information, such as name, phone number, email address, password authentication data, role, and account status.
- Service request and order information, such as pickup area, delivery area, instructions, order items, order status, assigned staff, quotes, and cancellation reasons.
- Chat and support information, such as messages, attachments, receipts, payment request cards, and operational notes exchanged between customers and Run4Me staff.
- Payment-related information, such as amount, currency, payment status, provider reference, payment method category, and checkout link. Card or bank credentials are processed by our payment provider and are not stored by Run4Me.
- Device and notification information, such as Firebase Cloud Messaging tokens, web push subscription details, device platform, and delivery status needed to send app notifications.
- Usage, security, and audit information, such as session records, login state, admin actions, order changes, payment events, request metadata, and error logs needed to operate and secure the service.
4. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Create and manage customer and staff accounts.
- Receive, coordinate, fulfill, and update service requests.
- Enable realtime chat between customers and authorized staff.
- Send order, chat, payment, and account notifications.
- Create payment requests and verify payment status.
- Provide customer support and operational oversight.
- Protect accounts, prevent abuse, debug issues, and keep audit records.
- Comply with legal, tax, security, and platform obligations.
5. Sharing Information
We do not sell personal or sensitive user data. We share information only when needed to provide Run4Me, comply with law, protect users, or operate trusted service providers. These providers may include:
- Backend hosting, database, storage, and authentication providers.
- Payment processors used to initialize and verify payments.
- Notification providers used for push notifications.
- Messaging or support providers used for customer communication.
- Legal, compliance, or safety recipients where required by law.
6. Permissions And Device Access
Run4Me may request device permissions only when they are needed for a feature you use, such as receiving notifications or attaching media to a chat. If a permission is optional, refusing it may limit that feature but should not prevent unrelated app functions.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal and sensitive data, including HTTPS transport, authenticated backend access, role-based admin controls, restricted staff access, and audit logs for important operational changes.
8. Data Retention And Deletion
We keep information for as long as needed to provide Run4Me, resolve disputes, support payment and order history, prevent fraud, maintain security, and comply with legal or accounting obligations.
You may request account or data deletion by emailing support@run4me.net or by using our account deletion request page. We will review the request and delete or anonymize eligible account data. Some records, such as payment, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, safety, and audit records, may be retained where legally or operationally required.
9. Children
Run4Me is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
10. Changes To This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Run4Me changes. When we make material updates, we will update the effective date above and may provide additional notice through the app, website, or other appropriate channels.
