How to request deletion
Send an account deletion request to Run4Me support. Include enough information for us to identify the account, such as the phone number or email address used with the Run4Me user app.
Email deletion requestIf the button does not open your email app, send the request manually to support@run4me.net.
What will be deleted
- Your Run4Me user account profile, where eligible.
- Personal contact details linked to the account, where eligible.
- App sessions and device notification tokens, where eligible.
- Customer support and chat data that is no longer required for service, safety, or legal reasons.
What may be retained
Some records may be retained if required for payment records, tax or accounting obligations, fraud prevention, dispute handling, safety, audit logs, legal compliance, or legitimate business operations. Where possible, retained records will be limited or anonymized.
Processing time
We will review deletion requests and respond by email. We may ask you to verify account ownership before deleting account data.
